| Academic Background |
| I received my BA from CSULB with a degree in English emphasizing writing. I took ten years off to raise a family, then went back to school and received my teaching credential from Concordia University. I also recently completed My Masters in Psychology. I counsel parents, and am currently teaching the parenting class through the HB Adult School. A great resource for parents who need a little guidance with the teen years. Who doesn't, really? |

| My family consists of two beautiful daughters. If anyone knows me, they know my daughters via my stories. |
| Why did you become a teacher? |
| I chose teaching because I love the English language, and I relate well with kids. What an obvious career choice. |
| Years teaching? |
| This is my eighth year teaching. It's a nice feeling to love my job. |
