| Why did you become a teacher? |
| I wanted to help give kids the opportunity to find the happiness and good fortune that I had growing up and still have as an adult. |
| Years teaching? |
| Began my career as a substitute teacher in 1990 here in the HBUHSD. Taught English in Japan for 1 year. Taught at the Adult School (in H.B.) for 3 years and taught in the Santa Ana Unified School District for 13 years. |
